Download the 660fix.zip to a folder in your desktop PC. 2. Unzip the file to a temporary folder on your PC. 3. In the folder, double click on the icon "setup" to install the software. 4. Connect your HP 620LX or HP 660LX to the desktop PC using Microsoft CE Services or ActiveSync. 5. Allow the installation to complete by following the instructions on the screen of the PC. 6. Disconnect the device from the desktop PC.
