This section will help you in the download of the software to your computer and start you on the install process. Before proceeding with the software installation, the printer must first be properly set up, and your computer must be ready to print.

NOTE: Make sure the network cable is connected to the printer and the printer is powered on.

  1. Close any screen savers, virus protection programs, or other software programs running on your computer.
  2. Click on Download Now and a File Download box will appear.
  3. Select Save and a Save As box will appear.
  4. Select a directory to save the file in and click Save.
  5. Locate the file using Windows Explorer when the download has completed. Double click on "CM2320series-PCL6-network-express-win64-AP.exe". The downloaded files will begin extracting and the installation will begin.
  6. Follow the instructions presented by the installation program.
