Utility to update the firmware on the R937 to FW V0.2.08. To check whether you need this firmware update: 1) Turn the R937 camera on and press the '?' Icon on the LCD screen to access Help. 2) Press the "More Topics" button on the bottom of the screen. 3) Use the Up / Down arrow buttons to select "About". 4) The current version of firmware will be displayed in the About information. If the current version of firmware is less than 0.2.08, then you may want to apply this firmware update. Please Note: This utility does not require the installation of the HP camera software; however, it may install a small camera driver to assist with the update. Some utilities that capture device traffic from the USB bus may interfere with this utility. If you are running any such utilities, please disable them temporarily while this utility updates your firmware. |
