Firmware updates can be performed in the following ways:
Using the Embedded Web Server (type the IP address of the printer from any Web browser as Internet Explorer), select the Setup tab and then Maintenance > Firmware update and then select manual firmware update tab.
Click on browse button to point to the newer firmware file (.fmw).
Click on the update button and follow the instructions.
Using the HP Designjet Utility under Windows, select the Admin tab and then Firmware Update.
The printer no longer goes into sleep mode while performing batch scanning.
Fixed Front Panel hanging issue when INK icon is pressed.
