We have detected certain instances where theSoftware RIP v2.1 for the hp dj10ps and 20ps will not run correctly on Windowsmachines. Upon launching the software RIP, the error message "Invalid PageFault in App2.exe" appears. This error message may occur with the followingoperating systems Microsoft Windows 2000, 95, 98, ME and NT 4.0. Apatch has been developed to resolve this issue. NOTE: Warnings: ========= * Do not apply this patch unless yourinstallation exhibits this issue!! * Do not apply this patch without first upgradingthe printer firmware (A02.09 as of May 15, 2003) Use the System Maintenance Toolto do this. * Apply this patch only to version 2.1 of the hpdj10ps or dj20ps Software RIPs.
