Check the current printer system software version

There are two ways to check which version of system software is installed in your printer.
  1. When you power up your printer the version number (Code rev) of the system software installed in your printer is displayed on the front panel during the initialization process.
  2. If the printer is already powered up (Ready status), use the following method to check the system software version:
    • Select the Printer Setup Menu (Printer Icon), press ENTER.
    • Select the Utilities Menu, press ENTER.
    • Select the Statistics Submenu, press ENTER.
