Click OK.-Execute CPQSETCOM.exe in the newly created directory from step 2-Click OK to set COM1 in the registry keys.-Restart Activesync and connect your iPAQ PocketPC to the SERIAL cable/cradle.NOTE: If the COM port you are using is not COM1, under File and Connect
