HOW TO USE:
- Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on theSoftPaq Number above.
- The BIOS/ROM image file must be used with Remote Management Software in order to actually flash (upgrade) the ROM image on one of the affected Evonotebooks.
- When used with SSM, copy the SoftPaq to the file store.
- When used with WINFLASH, run the SoftPaq to get the .cab file.IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE COMPUTER WHILE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE!
- Corrects issue where pressing "Shift-D" during boot caused unit to enter F10 setup.
- Corrects problem where HP printers would eject a blank page after 7 minutes.
- Corrects serial port issue.
