1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory
on your hard drive.

NOTE: This SoftPaq enables the creation of a
bootable diskette, CD, or USB key. Be sure to
have the selected media available before
beginning Step 2.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the
on-screen instructions. When prompted, insert
the appropriate media into the notebook (or
attach to the notebook) and follow the
on-screen instructions to create the
bootable media.

NOTE: After the selected bootable media
has been created, the SoftPaq .EXE file
downloaded in Step 1 can be deleted, if
desired.

3. Power Off the notebook.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE
COMPUTER WHILE COMPLETING STEP 4!
