This utility (uninstall.bat) works in stages. The first time the utility is used, it runs at level one. The next time the utility is used, it runs at level two. There are four levels. The effects of each level are shown in the table below.
1. Download the file to a newly created sub-directory on your local hard drive. 2. Double click the downloaded "exe" file. This will extract all the necessary components to a folder. 3. Double click the uninstall.bat file. 4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the removal of the software.
