HP Color Access Control - Using the Monochrome Print Driver to Restrict Color Use

Use the monochrome (black) PCL 6 print driver to restrict color print jobs. The monochrome driver restricts the user to printing in grayscale only.

NOTE:
The monochrome print driver is supported for Windows Vista, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista 64-Bit Edition, Windows Server 2003 64-Bit Edition, and Windows XP 64-Bit Edition.
