This patch is to resolve synchronization problem of J420 with Toshiba laptops (Tecra & Portege series). It includes pcmcia.dll for CF hang problem and touch.dll for improvement pen input as well as the final serial.dll for solving the Toshiba issue. There will be 2 ways for user to install.
