To perform a disk initialization tt you can copy the file INITDISK.PJL to the parallel port. To perform ttta disk initialization, you can also perform the following steps at the tttprinter's control panel:
  • Hold down the Cancel Job and Select keys
  • Power cycle the printer
  • Wait for all the LEDs to light up and then release the keys
  • Press and release the Menu (minus) key
  • Press and release the Value (minus) key
  • Press and release the Select key
  • Wait for INITIALIZE DISKS to be displayed
  • The printer will continue to boot and all installed disks will be initialized tt
